There are two juried shows coming up in 2020 – please mark your calendar now and start planning your work to submit!

Spring Member Juried Show – Art Museum of Greater Lafayette (Deadline for Member Dues 1/3/20): 

·         Show dates:  5/8/20 – 8/30/20

·         Online entry submission:  4/13/20

·         Delivery date:  4/27/20 (10a-6p)

·         E-mail notification:  4/29/20

·         Pick up non-juried work:  4/30 (12p-6p)

·         Reception  5/8/20 (6:30-8:30p)

·         Pick up:  8/31/20 (10a-6p)

·         MUST BE A MEMBER OF WVAS to participate – dues of $25 must be paid by 1/31/2020!

·         Dues are $25 – and $10 per entry ($10 per piece of art work entered – limit 2 entries)

·         Museum commission:  30%

·         Original work only

·         Not previously shown work at WVAS – work 2018 or later

·         Framed or gallery wrap – Wire hanging system

·         Limited to 28” wide, framed

TAF Juried Show – Tippecanoe Arts Federation, Lafayette: 

·         Show dates:  9/14 – 10/9/20

·         Delivery date:  9/10/20

·         Reception date:  9/18/20 (during the Gallery Walk) 6-9pm

·         Pick up:  10/10/20

Meetings are held the 3^rd Tuesday at the Art Museum of Greater Lafayette, 7pm (unless otherwise indicated)

January 21, 2020:

·         Program:  Art Journaling led by Jerie Artz

February 18, 2020:

·         Program:  Handmade brushes led by Gail Johnston

·         More details will be sent soon – Save the date!

March 17, 2020:

·         Program:  Critique Program

·         This program in preparation for the upcoming spring Juried Member Show

April 21, 2020:

·         Program:  Demo of painting on furniture by LaDonna Vohar

·         LaDonna will show techniques and furniture she has painted
